Barny's credits include Elastica, Queen Adreena, Super Furry Animals and Coldplay.
Since 2002 he has been engineering / mixing alongside Jim Abbiss, working with acts such as The Music, Placebo, Suede, Ambulance Ltd, Kasabian, Ladytron, Editors, Arctic Monkeys, Clearlake, Rakes and Duels.
He produced the forthcoming Cinematics album, Transcargo's 'Momentum', and mixed Grandad Bob's 'Garden Of Happiness'. Recorded Kasabian's No.1 album 'Empire', mixed 'Eleanor Put Your Boots On' for Franz Ferdinand , Adem's 'Launch Yourself', Arctic Monkeys single 'Leave Before the Lights Come On' and The Enemy's debut single and tracks for Lightspeed Champions.
More recently he produced and mixed no.1 album for The Enemy, various tracks for Alberta Cross, Pull Tiger Tail's debut single and albums for Operator Please and Captain .
He has been mixing forthcoming tracks for Underground Heroes, James Yorkston, Eugene McGuiness, White Lies as well as producing tracks for Blackmarket and Yeltsin.
Barny has been in the studio mixing Australian band The Temper Trap and is currently mixing the new Noisettes record.
